What GIMMI does
GIMMI builds a bespoke AI employee for one business. It does not arrive as a menu of preset roles, and it does not ask the team to move to another platform. We learn how the work moves today, what enters at the start of the workflow, which systems are involved, and what counts as completed work.
Once the boundaries are clear, we build, connect, test, and launch the complete solution within 48 hours of the consultation. The team and its customers can talk to it through WhatsApp, and it works only in tools that were approved in advance. After launch, we continue to support, measure, and improve it, with guidance and support available 24/7.
The work starts with one workflow that can be defined and checked. We expand only after it produces clear value. That keeps the decision grounded in the business instead of turning it into a technology experiment without an outcome.
Four principles guide every build
Start with the work
We define the input, steps, exceptions, and desired result before selecting the technical path. The tool serves the workflow.
Permissions do not expand themselves
Each GIMMI connects only to approved users, systems, and actions. Sensitive decisions and exceptions go to a person under rules set in advance.
Measure completed work
We compare the same workflow before and after, including team time, corrections, quality, and cost per completed task. A polished answer is not enough.
Keep the systems that already work
Your CRM, email, calendars, documents, operations, and finance systems remain the sources of truth. GIMMI handles the work between them.
Who it fits
The strongest starting point is work that repeats, moves across several tools, and has a finish line you can recognize. That might be a lead that needs a response and a CRM update, a document that should become structured rows, or an exception that needs to reach the right person with its context intact.
Not every task needs an AI employee. If the desired result is unclear, no one owns exceptions, or the information is not ready, we begin by mapping the work rather than automating it. The service page explains how we select the first workflow, and the integrations page shows how existing systems stay in place.

Who writes the guides
Articles on this site are published by GIMMI. Their purpose is to turn real questions about AI employees into a working approach that people can understand, test, and use. Each guide labels illustrative examples, explains practical limits, and links to professional sources when it relies on external guidance.
Start with choosing the first workflow for an AI employee, continue with connecting WhatsApp, CRM, and a calendar, and then build an ROI comparison against a real baseline.
