1. Our commitment
GIMMI is a trading name of JOYFIELD INVESTMENTS LTD. We work so people with disabilities can use the website and access its digital services on equal terms, with dignity and clarity, and as independently as reasonably possible.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We include it in design, writing, development, and review, and address barriers that we identify or that users report.
2. Standard and conformance status
The website was designed and built toward Level AA of Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1, which is based on WCAG 2.0. Development also targets WCAG 2.2 AA where applicable to the website and service.
The website has not been certified or formally approved by an authorized accessibility professional or external testing body. We therefore do not claim full conformance in every environment or with every assistive technology.
3. Measures included on the website
- Semantic structure with headings, navigation regions, a main-content region, and a skip link.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and controls built with appropriate HTML elements.
- Text alternatives for content images, form labels, and error messages associated with the relevant fields.
- Colors chosen with contrast in mind, resizable text, and layouts that adapt to narrow and wide screens.
- Separate language and writing-direction treatment for Hebrew and English, with the document language identified.
- Support for the system reduced-motion preference, with essential information presented without relying only on animation.
4. How the site is reviewed and maintained
Maintenance checks cover document structure and headings, keyboard use, focus order, labels and links, zoom, narrow and wide layouts, Hebrew and English, and the reduced-motion preference.
These checks help identify issues but do not cover every possible combination of browser, operating system, and assistive technology. User feedback is an important part of ongoing improvement.
5. Known limitations
- The in-page consultation form depends on JavaScript. If you cannot open, complete, or submit it, the same service is available by email without using the form.
- Some workflow demonstrations include motion or changing states. The site respects the reduced-motion setting, and the essential information is also presented as text. We can provide an alternative explanation by email.
- Accessibility of an external website or service opened from a link is controlled by its operator and is outside GIMMI's control. Contact us for another way to access a service that we control.
- Because the site has not undergone full external certification, some isolated barriers may still be unidentified.
6. Report a barrier or request an accessible alternative
Email hello@gimmi.io to arrange a consultation, request information in an accessible format, or report a barrier.
If you are comfortable providing the details, you can help us locate an issue by including the page address, the action you tried to complete, and the browser or assistive technology you used. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate, respond, and offer an appropriate alternative promptly.
7. Service arrangements and updates
The initial service is provided digitally. The company's registered address is a correspondence address and is not presented as a walk-in service center. Do not visit without an appointment. Email hello@gimmi.io to arrange an accommodation for a meeting or another communication method.
This statement will be updated after a material change to the website, testing, or service channels. You can send accessibility questions and feedback to the same address.
