The website gimmi.io is operated by JOYFIELD INVESTMENTS LTD, Hebrew name שדה האושר השקעות בע״מ, Israeli company no. 517295903. GIMMI is a trading name of the company.
Use of the site is subject to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the form or rely on the content for a binding decision.
2. Website information and consultation requests
The site provides general information about business services, workflow examples, and demonstrations. Names, times, data, and outcomes inside demonstrations are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Submitting a form or sending an email only asks us to contact you. It does not create a client relationship, duty to provide a service, quotation, reserved appointment, professional confidentiality, or contract. Any service and its scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and service levels will be set only in a separate proposal or agreement accepted in writing.
The site has no checkout, price, or product available for direct purchase. Payment, cancellation, refund, and delivery terms will be stated in the relevant agreement if one is signed.
3. Who may use the site and prohibited conduct
The site is intended for adults and authorized representatives of businesses. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority to provide its details and request a conversation.

A link to or mention of an external tool does not create a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by that third party. The public DC concept is a separate proposal marked noindex and is not presented as DC approval.
5. Information you submit
You are responsible for making sure you have authority to provide the information in a request. You allow the company to use it only to receive and answer the request, assess fit, prepare a proposal, and protect the site, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Hebrew version is controlling if a linguistic inconsistency exists, to the extent permitted by law. The English version provides parallel, accessible content.
